Meet Nicholas Vujicic (pronounced voo-yi-chich). Without any medical explanation or warning, Nick was born in 1982 in Melbourne, Australia, without arms and legs. Three sonograms failed to reveal complications. And yet, the Vujicic family was destined to cope with both the challenge and blessing of raising a son who refused to allow his physical condition to limit his lifestyle. Since his first speaking engagement at age 19, Nick has traveled around the world. He has shared his story with millions, sometimes in stadiums filled to capacity, speaking to a range of diverse groups such as students, teachers, young people, business professionals and church congregations of all sizes. In 2005, Nick made the long journey from Australia to southern California where he founded Life Without Limbs. He is currently serving as President and CEO.
Steve started Crowd Resources Consulting in 2019 to provide non-NASA related organizations with resources for leveraging the crowd-based expertise and solutions required to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving global economy. Steve also currently serves as the Deputy Manager of NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation, which is working to infuse challenge and crowdsourcing innovation approaches at NASA and across the federal government. Prior to his current roles, Steve worked in mission control, flight software development for the Space Shuttle and International Space Station, command and control systems development for the X-38.
Earlier this summer, Skrizzly released “Too Close To Fire” his summertime release that was accompanied by a music video directed by Patrick Tohill (best known for his work with NF.) With over 300,000 Spotify streams to date, “Too Close To Fire” was Top 20 on the New Noise and All New Rock charts and the video is approaching 1 million views on YouTube. Skrizzly spent his childhood immersed in music and began his career producing music while in college. In 2014, he independently released his first EP Stains with total streams now exceeding over 2 million and counting. Since then, the self-taught musician has received a gold record in Europe for his 2018 hit single “Dance With Darkness,” toured with musical artists Elle King and Lissie, won the coveted Grand Prize at the prestigious International Songwriting Competition for his 2015 single “Tipping Point” (previous winners of the competition include The Band Perry, Bastille, Vance Joy, Passenger, Gotye,) and his music has garnered over 95 million global independent streams and 70 million global Spotify streams to date.

Kelly Kidwell is the CEO of Pacific Advisors, a West Coast-based financial services firm that specializes in advanced estate, business, charitable and philanthropic planning. Kelly started his career in financial services in 1987. In 1993, he founded Pacific Advisors and has grown the firm from a small Southern California boutique to a Guardian Master Agency Award and Diamond International Management Award Agency. Today, Pacific Advisors has more than 200 staff and advisors as well as 3,000 active brokers. For the last four years, Kelly has been named a Top-of-the-Table producer by the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation, the industry’s most prestigious award. Godsman joined GAMA Global 16 years ago, where she rose through the ranks to become vice president for corporate and business development. In this role, she oversaw all revenue departments at the association, including Membership, LAMP, Communications and PMG Corporate Relations. Since her promotion to that position in 2012, GAMA has seen dramatic growth in revenue, membership, membership retention and LAMP attendance. In June 2014, Godsman took the helm as GAMA’s first, and youngest, female CEO.

Matthew Foxhall currently leads the Southeast region for Equitable Advisors as Executive Vice President in the Jacksonville, Florida office. He joined AXA Advisors’ San Antonio, Texas office in 2004 after graduating from Furman University where he competed as a Division 1 soccer player.
Like many Financial Advisors, Matt was an overnight success five years in the making. He built a successful practice serving more than 1,500 clients. In 2009, he was promoted to Vice President and in 2013 he earned the CFP® designation and was promoted again to Senior Vice President. Over her 18-year career, Melissa Worrel has focused her efforts in leadership, talent
development, and business strategy. Her diverse background includes entrepreneurial
business start-ups as well as significant leadership roles in large corporations.
Melissa started her career in franchising with two Curves for Women locations in
Seattle, WA. She grew her membership to over 700 active members in her first location
prior to purchasing her second location. While operating her franchise locations Melissa
ventured into insurance. She began her scratch agency with Farmers Insurance in
2004, for three and half years she grew the operation, earned her FINRA 6, 63 and
eventually 26, prior to selling her agency. Being asked to move into a corporate role,
she helped develop and mentor new agency owners in low market share states within
the operating territory.
Her final corporate role was VP Agencies for a midsized Midwest insurance company,
running their field operations and working with the regional vice presidents in charge of
each state to achieve all growth and budget metrics. This role expanded Melissa’s
knowledge of team culture, the success is thriving teams and how people, passion and
purpose do impact the bottom line.

Aamir Chalisa is a Managing Director at the Oak Brook, IL branch of Futurity First Insurance Group (FFIG). He leads this branch with 38 agents; it was a leading Branch at Futurity in 2019.
Aamir joined this Company in a Sales Vice President role managing 6 branches for FFIG. Previously he was a Vice President of Market Development and Diversity for Nationwide Financial Network (NFN), the affiliated retail distribution business of Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: NFS). He played a critical role in growing the NFN field force through various recruiting programs. He also worked closely with management and with the company’s multicultural marketing team to increase Nationwide’s presence in diverse markets.
Throughout his career, Aamir has won many sales and management awards and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) many times. Aamir is the Chair of The International Advisory Committee of GAMA Global and has attended GAMA’s LAMP conferences for the past 24 years. Eszylfie Taylor is the founder and president of Taylor Insurance and Financial Services located in the financial district of Pasadena, California, and serves as financial advisor to individuals, business owners, and high net worth families. He attended Concordia University on a basketball scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Prior to founding his own company, he was a standout financial advisor at New York Life, making Chairman’s Council and finishing his career there as the highest producing advisor in the history of the African American market.
Early on in his career, Mr. Taylor had a breakthrough that centered around how to improve his market and focus on solving problems, not selling products. Naturally, he built upon this and used his successes and failures as teaching tools that would contribute to the start of The Taylor Method, a sales process for financial advisors.
